New Partnership Extends Reach of Navigator Financial Accounting Solutions to More Government and Nonprofit Organizations in Western Canada

Burnaby, B.C. Canada, May 16, 2008 – TP Systems Ltd. and Serenic Software today announced a new partnership where TP Systems will resell Serenic’s Navigator financial accounting software applications.

The financial accounting software marketplace is highly competitive. Serenic Navigator, certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, has gained significant traction in recent years by providing a solution designed to meet the unique fund accounting needs of the public sector and nonprofit (NFP) organizations.

The new relationship builds upon the synergies of both organizations, which have a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of public sector and NFP organizations.
