This is a MOBILE street ministry. Many of the people served by this ministry are not even welcome in the skid road soup kitchens. We have been told by these poor hungry people, "I have not eaten in two days" and "You are saving lives down here". Bible Studies - Baptizing - Street Ministry

A Catholic street ministry focusing on the downtown eastside area, have reached out specifically to the prostitutes – the “working women of the street”. Through encounters with Agape Street Ministries, they learn that Jesus loves them, and that He is the Way, and the Truth and the Life.

To instill a vision of leadership centered in Jesus Christ, which has a deep commitment to our families, a few friends and then naturally extends to our places of work, the local community, Province, Country and the World.

Community of Hope was created to provide a place of rest, repose and renewal to those in need, through the love of Jesus Christ. The services are all free-of-charge to the public, and are aimed at alleviating the physical and spiritural hunger of those living in Vancouver's Eastside including the East Broadway corridor.

This Christ-focused ministry started about 25 years ago with just one pot of soup. Now there are over 500 people who line up each Saturday morning at the corner of Main and Powell in Vancouver for a bowl of soup and a hamper of fresh fruit and vegetables. This ministry is made up of volunteers from a variety of churches across the Lower Mainland.

Mission Possible is an Urban Ministry of the Church of the Nazarene. The mission provides various services to the poor and needy in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, BC - Canada's poorest neighbourhood.

Restoring and transforming one life at a time is what StreetHope is all about. Show you care for people and people will be transformed. We can only give from the abundance that the Lord gives to us. StreetHope and Church Army have said YES to meeting people where they are. Jesus has met us where we were all at and has given us the tools and abundance of gifts to get the Word out. God is alive and well living in the hearts of those who serve the poor and needy in the streets of Abbotsford. “Relationship is what it is all about!”

That is what the founder of Church Army suggested over 100 years ago.  Streethope.org is a continuation of a ministry in Victoria, B.C. which has been following that advice since 1986.We love to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ but for those who are allergic to Christians we simply share His love in ways that are meaningful.  That can mean providing food or shelter or just some understanding.  If you would like to talk to us, we would be glad to hear from you.

The Mustard Seed Street Church began from a prayer closet in a store on Government Street in Victoria. The need of the underprivileged was so great that the ministry expanded to a building on Pandora Avenue. It began its outreach to the community as a church which soon grew to include a food bank, clothing bank, counseling and advocacy service, prison visitation and street ministry

Teen Challenge British Columbia is a one-year residential program in which drug addicts, alcoholics, gang members, victims of abuse, dysfunctional families, or any other life-controlling program can meet the Lord and learn to follow Him.
