Post Treatment Supportive Housing
Crossroads Supportive Living program is a Second Stage Residential Program or Post Treatment Supportive Housing for men & women.
Each location is exclusive. The Tarbet House for men and the Hollywood House for women are Supportive Living Programs for adults who posses the desire to abstain from the use of drugs or alcohol and require a non-judgemental, caring and learning, living environment that is also free from substance use.

Three Stage Programming (9 months - 1 yr)
Crossroads offers a 3 Stage program for those clients involved in our supportive living. This program helps to meet the reality of clients in early recovery by offering a system set up to slowly offer clients more freedom and independence as they gain time and confidence in healthy living.
The first stage is called the Support Stage where individual and community support are the focus. There is mandatory programming involved in this stage. The second stage is the Meaning Stage, where clients work to regain a sense of self and meaning in the world. The third stage is the Responsibility Stage, where clients have progressed in terms of stability and confidence, and have proven a dedication to healthy living, giving back, and redefining their lives.
