I came across this wonderful little restaurant quite by accident.  I was looking for another and for some reason couldn’t find it but came across Scoozis and couldn’t resist it.  As I entered the front door, all the servers were busy and I noticed a real character woman stooped down looking for something from a bottom cupboard.  I thought she might be the owner but as it turned out she was the chef.  She noticed me, smiled one of those great South American smiles and asked me if she could help.  Well that was the start of something great.  She not only sat me at a great table but even came out later to check on me.  “Is there anything else I can do?”  We even chatted a while. When it was over I had fallen in love with her, her son who has worked there many years along side and a great waitress who I swear was trying to set us up.  It made for one of those very special times.  I am suspicious though.  I get the feeling every customer is treated the same.  There’s sure to be a lot of competition for her affections!
